This project was made on behalf of Sthorm.io. My role in this project consisted in Product and UX/UI Design, reporting to the Product owner.
The challenge
The product needed to serve three distinct user groups ā NFT creators, medical institutions, and buyers ā each with unique constraints, permissions, and goals.
Key challenges included:
Designing complex user flows for multi-role interactions.
Defining permission structures across roles.
Making blockchain functionality accessible to non-crypto users.
My role
Discovery & Research ā Stakeholder workshops, competitive benchmarking in Web3 and healthcare sectors, and translated insights into actionable design requirements.
UX Architecture ā Designed multi-role onboarding and user journeys & user flows tailored for creators, institutions, and donors.
UI & Interaction Design ā Crafted responsive, intuitive interfaces in Figma, blending Web3 elements with mainstream accessibility.
Prototyping & Handoff ā Built interactive prototypes and documented components for smooth engineering implementation.
