Project details
In the Cosmos ecosystem, cross‑chain transactions (via IBC) are technically complex and often opaque for users, resulting in confusion, support overload and lost trust. Existing explorers lacked intuitive visualizations of multi‑chain flows, error states and recovery options.

The challenge
Design an end‑to‑end experience that makes a cross‑chain transaction visualization transparent, understandable for non‑technical users and actionable when something goes wrong without recurring to Support.
My role
Led end‑to‑end product/UX for the Explorer from discovery to launch.
Worked closely with PMs, engineers and support teams to map all transaction states: success, pending, abandoned, failed.
Defined user flows, information architecture and UI visualizations for token routing across multiple chains (source → relay(s) → destination).
Created prototypes for optimal cross-team collaboration.
Designed a component‑based system for the Explorer UI to support scalability and consistency across states and devices.
The outcome
Reduced support tickets relating to “where are my funds?” by ~ 20% after launch.
