Theos is a next-generation NFT marketplace designed to address a key industry challenge: liquidity. Unlike traditional NFT platforms, Theos introduced Liquidity Pools, enabling creators to deposit NFTs and gain instant liquidity without waiting for a buyer. These pools were curated by other creators or users, ensuring quality and relevance while solving the market’s liquidity bottleneck.

This project was made on behalf of Sthorm.io. My role in this project consisted in Product and UX/UI Design, reporting to the Product owner.
The challenge
Design a platform serving multiple user types: NFT creators, curators, and buyers — each with distinct needs, permissions, and workflows.
Build an intuitive liquidity feature that abstracts away blockchain complexity for non-technical users.
Create a professional-grade profile editor with tailored templates for different personas, identified via user research.
My role
Led end-to-end product design: from initial market and user research to high-fidelity prototypes and design system delivery.
Facilitated persona development through qualitative and quantitative research, leading to two primary user archetypes.
Designed a modular profile editor with custom templates and advanced customization options to match user goals.
Collaborated closely with the Product Owner and PMs, maintaining a continuous feedback loop with development through annotated specs and dev handoff.
The outcome
The project strengthened my expertise in Web3 product design, multi-role platform UX, and designing for complex, high-stakes user flows.
